Rules... Yes Rules of Contortion

With everything, comes guide lines and rules well so dos contortion.
  1. Stretch on an empty stomach.
  2. Don't skip warming up.
  3. Stretch Every day even only a little.
  4. Eat Healthy
  5. Work Out
  6. Stay Slim
  7. Stay Hydrated
  8. Practice Assissted Stretching
  9. Do not continue a stretch if it gives a "BAD HURT"
  10. Always carry bandages, chalk, sports cream, pain pills, and water.
