Summer Class 2010

Students! We will be holding a summer class and it will be a rigid course that will get you to the advanced level in contortion. This class will get you into the best shape of your life and will discipline you with a fun twist. The summer class does not have a definite schedule yet, however. Because of the chance of summer jobs and other events, the schedule won't be posted until later. The basic outline for the schedule will be a four hour practice everyday except Sunday and every other Saturday. The first hour will be a workout and then three hours of stretching with a break.

Conditioning For the Summer Class

There is a good chance the World of Contortion will hold a 1-2 week conditioning session to get you into shape if you will be attending the summer class. This is so the work out during the class won't be as difficult and stretching will be easier. Please send your feedback regarding this conditioning session to [email protected]
