You Are What You Eat

The saying is true and if you want to be a contortionist, then you need to eat like one. Keeping a food log is a great way to keep track. You become more aware of what you are eating just by writing it down. I will attach one later but for now I will just outline the basics.
  • Dont stretch on a full stomach.
  • Dont eat more because you are tired from stretching
  • Avoid sugary foods and processed foods
